New Hire and/or Annual HIPAA Training $15 Per Employee!

The American Institute of Healthcare Compliance offers a short training program that is designed for both new hires and healthcare professionals who are required to complete yearly HIPAA training.  Scroll down this page to register yourself, someone at your organization, or even a group of people for this short yet comprehensive overview of HIPAA regulations.

INDIVIDUAL registration for HIPAA Staff Training - please follow the instructions below:

Register yourself or another INDIVIDUAL for this training:

1.  Click on Add to Cart in the module to the right.

2.  Be sure that the Qty field is set at "1".

3.  In the Order Notes field - You must enter the first and last name of the individual being registered followed by their email address.  (This will be used to provide access to the training).

For example, if you are registering Jane Doe for this training, please enter her information as "Jane Doe jdoe@example.com" 

4.  Click on Checkout.

4.  Fill in your billing address and payment information.

5.  Click on Place Order.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for the Registration Department to set up an AIHC Exam account which will allow access to the training.  To ensure that you receive emails on how to access the account, please add the following email addresses to your contact list -

  •  RegistrationDepartment@aihc-assn.org  (you will receive a Welcome email from this address with instructions on how to proceed with your training)
  • "Admin User" noreply@aihc-assn.org  (Login information will come from this email with the  SUBJECT LINE:  AIHC Exams:  New user account)

For assistance, please call 330-241-5635 and select Option #2 for Registrations or Option #6 for the Help Desk.

GROUP registration for HIPAA Staff Training - please follow the instructions below:

Register a GROUP for this training:

1.  Click on Add to Cart in the module to the right.  

2.  In the Qty field enter the number of people you are registering for this training and click Update Cart.

3.  Once your total is calculated, press Checkout.

4.  Fill in your billing address and payment information.

5.  Click on Place order.

6.  You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on submitting the names and email addresses of the people you are registering for this training from the following email address:    RegistrationDepartment@aihc-assn.org   Please add this email to your contact list to ensure receipt of the information.

7.  Please have those individuals being registered for the training add the following email addresses to their contact list to ensure receipt of emails regarding access to the training: 

    •  RegistrationDepartment@aihc-assn.org -  Wecome email
    • "Admin User" noreply@aihc-assn.org  (Login information will come from this email with the  SUBJECT LINE:  AIHC Exams:  New user account)
