About the Annual CHMSP Renewal CEU Exam (Using Google Chrome is recommended)
- This is a 50 question quiz.
- You must complete the quiz attempt at one sitting (your answers will not be saved to resume later)
- This exam may be taken over and over until you achieve a passing score of 80%, which must be accomplished prior to your renewal deadline.
- You will be able to see the questions you missed and the correct answer after submitting your results!
- Use the Terms & Definitions List found under the "Materials Tab" above to help you
- CEUs are automatically entered in your CEU tracker once successfully completed
- A completion certificate is provided to save &/or print for your records
