The No Surprises Act (NSA) was enacted in 2022 to protect patients from unexpected out of network billing in certain circumstances. This course provides an important overview for medical billing compliance which applies not only to emergency rooms and hospitals, but any physician rendering care during and subsequent to services subject to the Act.
